My story

I was made redundant from my workplace after 27 years which was quite a shock to both the system and our financial status. As this happened at the start of the Covid epidemic and due to my age I decided my best option would be to start my own business to improve our quality of life and to be my own master.

I enrolled in a Business Development course which while very helpful highlighted the skill sets for running a business I was missing. One year of endless classes, many business plans and plenty of essays I was ready to start my next great adventure. Which brought me to this venture for offering my skills and knowledge to assist others in developing their skills and presence on the internet.

During my career I’ve worked in Ireland and abroad for multinational corporations, Charity organisations and community clubs. I worked in the IT industry for 33 years in Business Data Analysis and Website creation in various different roles, interacting with stakeholders, customers and clients to ensure reliable services providing requested solutions. I have traveled to America, Canada, Europe and Asia to train and support stakeholders, users and systems in subsidiaries.

I am a director in a Charity organisation in Ireland, and is a passionate canoe and kayak paddler, instructor and chairman of a local canoe club I founded in 2003. I love reading Sci-Fi playing squash, doing archery and taking photos of the world around us.
